What is Duolingo?

If you want to learn a new language and are looking for a completely free application, "Duolingo" is the right address. More than 500 million people use this application to learn a new foreign language. Duolingo is an application that contains instructions for dozens of languages. Although it is not possible to learn these languages using Duolingo alone, it has a very good supplementary effect. After registering with Duolingo easily and for free, you may take a "placement quiz" in the language you want to learn. But you always have the chance to start from the most basic level. If we summarize the lessons that Duolingo offers us while learning a language, activities based on language and speech usually stand out. New words are explained with photos and grammar topics are explained with speech bubbles. Another nice feature is that Duolingo tracks your progress step by step and makes it look like a game. In general terms, it is a successful application in terms of its fun theme, visual learning and warming you up to the new language with simple sentences. However, the fact that it has a lot of ads and no human interaction is a big minus for this application.
