What is Edmodo?

Edmodo is a free social platform for both teachers and students. It's a simple and effective way for students and teachers to collaborate with each other online.When we look at its interface, we can say that it is like facebook, but the biggest difference is Edmodo is a social learning platform.You can easily set up your online classroom. In the Edmodo interface, you can easily add your students to classes and present them with various materials. You can give them homework or make announcements. You can see and manage the student groups you have created under the groups tab in the left frame.Your students can open a student account without any limit and fee and you can enable them to join with a class code. In addition, Edmodo offers a lot of materials about distance learning that will add information to teachers. Of course, these materials are not limited to distance education, they also have materials that will fully inform you about the interface like resources, class basics and exploring. Edmodo makes it very easy to moderate the posts shared by students. Also, engages students to participate in conversations with posting images or videos ect. Edmodo also gives you the opportunity to test your students with create quiz tab.
